The program includes:

• 7-10 minute daily video workouts addressing EVERY area of the core! 
• a suggested 25 day meal plan to follow
• a checklist to keep you on track
• a community of women to support and encourage you!

If you have an ab separation that is greater than two fingers wide or more than a knuckle deep, I do not recommend you follow this program!

Access will begin on April 1st and end on June 19th. 

After that, the program content will be available inside Chasing Greatness Premium!

You will need:

• medium resistance band with handles 
• light dumbbells
• a small Pilates ball (can use a kids ball as well!)
• a large exercise ball
