Simple, Sustainable Fat Loss Program (PREMIUM)

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • 5 full length video workouts each week (press play & go!) I coach you through everything. (You only need a set or two of dumbbells and a band).
  • Personalized NUTRITION coaching
  • No foods are "off-limits"- it's about eating 80% really great foods and using your 20% for treats/indulgences.
  • I look at your food logs & give feedback every other week.
  • Delicious weekly recipes
  • ONE focus each week - with a chance to win a weekly giveaway!
  • Option to submit before/after pictures. There will be ONE winner, determined by me, who wins $100 for making the most progress!
  • Group collaboration & support.

DURATION & COST:

  • Program runs from January 20th to March 15th and the cost for the premium option is $250 (and includes one, live, one-on-one thirty minute coaching call with Brittany via Zoom).
