Working with Brittany has been such a gift. She is just lovely! She is inspiring and incredibly knowledgeable and patient answering all my newbie questions. I feel much more educated in how to take better care of the body God has given me because of her gradual, habit stacking approach which felt quite natural and less overwhelming. It brings me so much peace knowing that I know how to eat well and exercise in a way that is effective!

Brittany’s programs are absolutely phenomenal! She gives you the encouragement, information and tools you need to go forwards and continue on a healthy lifestyle. She does this from a realistic point of view, knowing that we are all busy, some of us moms, who are trying to keep a lot of plates spinning at the same time.
