Hey there :)
Iām a Catholic wife & SAHM homeschooling mom to four boys- and have been a personal trainer for over a decade.
When I was pregnant with my first boy (we now have four- and somebody on the way!)... I found that the pregnancy programs I tried were to "easy"- as in, mostly gentle stretching.
I knew it was important to strength train during pregnancy so I needed to find something that filled that need, but also needed something that made the proper modifications to keep myself and my babe safe!
This led me to creating this program :) I have now followed it myself for each pregnancy and it has not only kept me in the ideal weight-gain zone but has kept my back and core strong and healthy throughout pregnancy & early postpartum recovery!
